MAXEON Air

Maxeon Air

This thin. This powerful.

50% lighter system1 Conventional Dual Tilt system, wind load=0.64 kN/m², Building height=10m, tilt=10°. ,
zero aluminium, racking, anchors or ballast!

Opening New Markets

Buildings are responsible for 28% of global emissions, yet far too many commercial rooftops remain empty. Conventional solar can be too heavy or complex for many industrial structures.

Maxeon Air systems leverage years of research, development and testing to enable more organisations to take advantage of the benefits solar energy can offer.

50% Lighter Systems

Maxeon Air systems are 50% lighter than conventional ones,1 Conventional Dual Tilt system, wind load=0.64 kN/m², Building height=10m, tilt=10°. and free of aluminum framing, racking, ballast or anchors.

They lighten the burden on installation too, using either a factory-integrated “peel and stick” adhesive or field-applied RTV adhesive to mount panels without penetrating the roof membrane, minimising customer disruptions in the process.

Not bad for a system that, at just 4mm, is thinner than a pencil.

A Proven Platform

Maxeon Air panels are a radical change, with proven Maxeon technology at its core.

Commercial customers can be confident that the same cell technology in Maxeon Air solar panels currently powers more than 600,000 homes, businesses and solar power plants around the world.

Lab and Field Tested

And with more than 3.5 billion cells deployed on 7 continents, Maxeon solar cells have been rigorously tested in labs and proven in the field.

Their yield in partial shade and high temperatures is unrivaled, and they provide the highest efficiency and reliability in silicon solar.2 Maxeon Air 330 W (Ground Coverage Ratio GCR of 0.9) compared to Conventional Single Tilt system (GCR of 0.65) with Conventional Panel (380W mono PERC, 19% efficient, approx. 2 m²) System loads on roof calculated with a GCR of 0.9.
